Part-time Administative Assistant

Fast-growing lifestyle brand and design studio seeks a proactive, energetic virtual assistant to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

General Administrative Support

  • Manage office calendar via Calendly and/or CRM tool
  • Assist in managing company’s primary email inbox
  • Fulfill ad hoc research requests
  • Maintain repository of digital assets and collateral
  • Make periodic updates to rochelleporter.com as needed

Customer Service and Sales Support

  • Gather and track monthly sales data via a Microsoft Excel pivot table
  • Respond to customer service requests from all sales channels
  • Assist in drafting and submitting grant proposals and email correspondence

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year direct, hands-on experience in a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or significant coursework in business administration, marketing communications, or related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Shopify, DropBox, and Google Workspace tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

10 hours per week to start, with opportunity for increased hours in Q3.
